Why I Created This Space
When I first began my spiritual healing journey, I was fascinated by so many things... energy work, cycles, rituals, oils, shadow work… it felt expansive, but also overwhelming.
Where do you start? Where do you put your energy?
On top of that, it was isolating. When you wake up and the people around you are still asleep, it can feel like you’re the “crazy one.”
