For most of my life, I was unconsciously searching for peace, for love, for belonging... not realising that what I was looking for was already within me. My journey has carried me through powerful initiations, moments that cracked me open and changed everything I thought I knew about life, love, and surrender. I’ve walked through loss, birth, and rebirth. I’ve learned how the body holds both memory and miracle, and how every ending carries the seed of awakening. Those experiences became sacred teachers, guiding me to trust in divine timing, to honour the intelligence of my body, and to see that even in pain, light is always waiting to return. When I became a mother, something within me awakened. The noise of the world quieted, and I began to meet myself, truly meet myself for the first time. I started exploring self-development, learning about the mind, and seeing how much of my life had been shaped by limiting beliefs and fear. At the time, I was working as a makeup artist, and being self-employed exposed every insecurity I’d ever carried. I felt the weight of comparison, the ache of self-doubt, and the residue of old pain... betrayal, unworthiness, low self-worth, all of it asking to be seen. Motherhood deepened my awareness. I started noticing the toxicity in the world around me, not just in products, but in thoughts, emotions, and energy. That’s when essential oils entered my life. They supported me emotionally in ways I hadn’t expected, helping me reconnect with nature, ritual, and the wisdom of the body. Then Reiki found me. It wasn’t something I set out to do, I saw a course, felt the nudge, and followed it. I’m so glad I did, because it changed everything. “Reiki found me... I didn’t go looking for it.” Reiki taught me (and is still teaching me new depths) that we are energy, that our thoughts, emotions, and actions leave an energetic imprint that shapes our reality. I stayed at Level 1 for over two years, going through deep personal healing. I learned how much we store within our energetic field, how unprocessed emotion becomes weight in the body, and how generational pain continues until someone chooses to heal it. When I moved into Reiki Level 2, my work expanded, not just for myself, but for others. That’s when I began to truly see the connection between energy, embodiment, and the human experience. Every moment since has been a remembering. A remembering that we are souls in human form, that we chose this life, this body, this path. That we are not powerless, but powerful beyond measure. We’ve just forgotten. “We are not powerless. We’ve just forgotten.” This journey, my life’s work is about remembering. Following what lights us up, because that light is the soul guiding the way. Now, I feel grounded, present, and alive in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I experience deeper joy, unconditional love, and awe at the magic that fills this world, the magic that most of us were taught to ignore. I feel devoted to helping the collective awaken, to guiding others back to their truth, and to continuing my own learning and remembering along the way. My work is the meeting point of energy and embodiment, where the sacred meets the human. I help women remember who they are beneath the conditioning, return to the body as home, and rise into their light - softly, truthfully, and fully. “Healing isn’t about fixing... it’s about remembering.” You are not broken. You are remembering. And this, this is the journey home.
