Cancellation Policy
1. Commitment By joining the Soul Fire Founding Circle, you are committing to the full 14-week journey. This ensures the container stays safe, intentional, and energetically aligned for everyone involved. 2. Payment Plans Pay in Full: Single upfront payment secures your spot. 3-Month Plan: £111/month for 3 consecutive months. 6-Month Plan: £55.50/month for 6 consecutive months. All payment plans are automatic and will be processed monthly on the same date you sign up. 3. Refunds & Cancellations Due to the intimate and energetic nature of this work, all payments are non-refundable. If you’re on a payment plan, you are agreeing to complete all instalments, even if you decide to leave the programme early. In the case of genuine emergencies, reach out, we can discuss pausing or deferring your place where possible. 4. Energy Exchange & Respect This policy is here to protect the sacred container and honour both your energy and mine.
