Through meditation, ritual, and reflection, we’ll: 🌿 Begin with a calming drop‑in ritual using supportive oils 🌿 Journey through a guided meditation to reflect on the year 🌿 Release old energy with a simple closing ritual 🌿 Journal intentions and gratitude for the year ahead 🌿 Close in a safe and supportive circle This is a space to process, release, and enter the new year feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
