This 5 day challenge will get you back on track, ensuring you do one form of self care a day. I promise at the end of this week you will feel the best you've felt in a long time!

There are many areas of self care, but the most commonly practiced are; emotional, physical, psychological and spiritual.
It is important to nurture all aspects of yourself to live a balanced and happy life.

THIS MY STORY
HI! I'm Leegan. I am 23 with a beautiful son called Forrest.
I developed a new found love for all things psychology and spirituality whilst trying to overcome my struggles. All the knowledge I've learnt so far, and still learning to this day has helped me begin to completely change the quality of my life for the better.
AND NOW I WANT TO HELP YOU DO THE SAME

It's all in your head! Quite literally... and it's nothing you can't over come with the right knowledge and mindset.
People struggle to love themselves deeply for a number of reasons, such as; traumatic experiences, bullying, upsetting childhood, ongoing stressful life event (relationship breakdown/financial struggles), medical problems, etc.
It's natural to shy away from the pain, burying it to the back of your mind to try and forget what's happened and how it's made you feel, it's your brain subconsciously trying to protect you - although it's the worst thing you can do!
Instead EMBRACE it! The pain is an invitation to go inwards, showing you how you can heal and move forward.

Spending time outdoors connects you with nature and soothes the soul.
Helps you build your relationship with nature and loved ones.
Allocating time for a catch up ensures you communicate with loved ones.
If you choose to go for a walk you will also be exercising.

DAY 3
Declutter
an area
That job you've been putting off... complete it!
Organised house will leave you dwelling emotionally refreshed.
Home will look more aesthetically pleasing.
Easier to stay on top of once complete.
Will feel proud of yourself for completing the task and less overwhelmed.
DAY 4


Water
meditation
Learn a meditation technique for whilst you are in the shower
Helps build meditation into your daily routine
Achieve a state of relaxation and focus.
Perfect multitasking for busy people.
Regular meditation has many benefits

DAY 5
Journal and
reflection
Spend time reflecting on the last couple of days along with journal prompts to push self worth and self discovery.
Reflecting help you identify positive exeriences
Reflecting shows ways you can improve your life
Journaling helps you grow self-confidence whilst reducing stress and anxiety
Both of the above help you improve your stream of consciousness
